New building under construction at 17 Davit Anhakht Street, Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district, Yerevan city, has two basement floors and fifteen elevated floors.
Basement floors of the building serve as parking lot provided for 38 motor-cars.
The first three elevated floors are provided for usage of public purposes; the rest twelve floors are apartment floors.

High seismic activity is secured due to reinforced concrete framing. The building has an interesting design; walls are reveted with travertine slabs, and the staircase and entrances – with high-quality slabs. The staircase is smokeproof and provided for evacuation of people at fire.

The building has four entrances: two entrances to apartments from the yard, and two entrances to public premises from Davit Anhakht Street. The building is equipped with four elevators.
