The new building under construction at 45/1 Karapet Ulnetsi Street, Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district, Yerevan city, has three basement floors and fifteen elevated floors.
The basement floors of the building serve as a parking lot provided for 106 motor cars,
The first two elevated floors and the 15^th floor are provided for usage of public purposes; the rest 3-14^th floors are apartment floors.

The residential floors are divided into a total of 143 apartments.
High seismic activity is secured due to reinforced concrete framing. The building has an interesting design; the walls are revetted with travertine slabs and the staircase and entrances – with high-quality slabs. The staircase is smokeproof and provides for the evacuation of people at a fire.

The building has two entrances: Each entrance has one stairwell and one each for freight and passenger elevators. The building is equipped with four elevators. It is planned to install fire doors for all stairwells.
At completion, the apartments will have:

• entrance steel door
• cement flooring
• erected partition walls in compliance with design layout, plastering
• vertical communication pipes (water, gas, sewerage system)
• exterior thermal-aluminum doors and windows.
